Tale of Fire: Hold & Win Slot Game

Chase dragon fire across five reels with Tale of Fire: Hold & Win. Enjoy this 5x3 slot game that grows into a 5x5 collection zone, stacks Golden Egg wilds, Purple Egg Free Games, Red Egg prizes, and a 15-item Jackpot Pick.

What Is Tale of Fire: Hold & Win Slot?

Tale of Fire: Hold & Win is a dragon-theme online slot built on a 5x3 grid with 20 fixed winlines.

The reels sit in a fiery fantasy hoard, including ember light, dragon eggs, and coin values riding the fire. Higher reward symbols include treasure, flame icons, and the dragon.

The Golden Egg is the Wild, while the Purple Egg opens Free Games. The Dragon lands only on reel 1. Red Eggs land on reels 2 through 5 and carry coin prizes or jackpot labels. Coins appear only after Hold & Win has already started.

Matching reward symbols must land on a winline from left to right, starting on reel 1. Three or more of the same symbol on an active line score a win. Scatter rewards from Purple Eggs are added on top of those line wins.

Line wins keep the base game moving. The big climbs sit in Hold & Win and Jackpot Pick.

How Do You Win on Tale of Fire: Hold & Win?

Golden Egg Wilds

The Golden Egg is the Wild. It substitutes for every regular reward symbol and helps complete left-to-right winlines.

On a 5x3 layout with only 20 lines, position matters. A Golden Egg on reel 3 touches more lines than a Golden Egg parked on reel 5. The same egg also feeds Jackpot Pick. When Golden Eggs land, they can charge the Jackpot Pick progression. That progression can then open the pick grid at random.

Purple Egg Free Games

The Purple Egg is the Scatter. Land 3 Purple Egg symbols to start 10 Free Games. Scatter rewards are added to the spin that triggered the set. You do not need those eggs on a winline.

During Free Games the Dragon lands more often. That is the rule that changes the pace. More Dragons on reel 1 means more chances to pair with a Red Egg and open Hold & Win inside the same set. Jackpot Pick can also trigger during Free Games.

Land 3 Purple Eggs again while Free Games are already running and you receive 5 additional Free Games. That is the only extra-game award printed on the rules panel.

Dragon

The Dragon is the Hold & Win key on reel 1. It can only land on the first reel. You also need at least one Red Egg somewhere on the reels in the same spin.

That pairing is the whole trigger. Dragon on reel 1 plus one Red Egg on reels 2 through 5 opens Hold & Win. No other reel can host the Dragon. A Dragon tease with no Red Egg in view is only a tease.

During Free Games the Dragon shows up more often. That is why a Purple Egg set is the cleanest path into a long collection round. The same Dragon later becomes the moving collection zone once Hold & Win starts.

Red Eggs

Red Eggs hold a coin prize or a jackpot value. They can only land on reels 2, 3, 4, and 5 and need the Dragon on reel 1 in the same spin.

Mini and Minor jackpot labels can sit on Red Eggs during Hold & Win. Regular coin prizes sit on them as well. Once the feature starts, every Red Egg the collection zone swallows adds its value to the prize total and charges the Zone Size Meter.

Watch for Red Eggs in the base game even when reel 1 is empty. Those eggs are the other half of the trigger.

Hold & Win

Hold & Win starts when the Dragon lands on reel 1 and at least one Red Egg is already in view. The layout expands from 5x3 to 5x5. You receive 5 spins. The Dragon turns into a 2x2 collection zone that moves across the layout and collects Red Eggs.

Each collected Red Egg adds its prize to the feature total and charges the Zone Size Meter. As the meter fills, the zone grows and extra spins are added. That growth is the feature’s climb. A 2x2 zone covers four positions. A 5x5 zone covers the whole expanded layout.

Coins can also land during Hold & Win. A coin that lands inside the collection zone is collected and added to the prize total. A coin that lands outside the zone is not collected. Position against the zone matters more than raw coin count.

The feature keeps moving while spins remain and the zone still has room to grow. The cleanest close is a full 5x5 zone sweeping Red Eggs and coins across every position.

Zone Size Meter

The Zone Size Meter is the growth track inside Hold & Win. It starts with the 2x2 collection zone. Collect Red Eggs to push the meter and grow that zone.

The printed ladder is fixed:

5 Red Eggs collected grow the zone to 3x3 and add 3 spins
4 more collected grow the zone to 4x4 and add 2 spins
3 more collected grow the zone to 5x5 and add 1 spin

That is 12 Red Eggs from the first lock to a full 5x5 zone. The extra spins arrive with each size jump, not at the end. A 3x3 zone with 3 fresh spins still has room to grab the next 4 eggs. A 4x4 zone with 2 fresh spins is one jump from covering the whole layout.

A bigger zone collects more Red Eggs and more coins on the next spin. Coins still only count if they land inside the current zone. Growing the zone is how those outside coins become collectable.

Coins

Coins appear only during Hold & Win. Each coin holds a coin prize or a jackpot value. Mini and Minor jackpot labels can sit on coins the same way they sit on Red Eggs.

A coin inside the collection zone is added to the prize total. A coin outside the zone stays out of the total. The zone does not reach across the whole 5x5 layout until the meter has climbed to the final size. Early coins on the far edge can sit unused if the zone is still 2x2 or 3x3.

Treat coins as extra value on the same collection path, not as a second trigger. They cannot start Hold & Win from the base game. They only exist after the Dragon and a Red Egg have already opened the feature.

Jackpot Prizes

Jackpot Prizes are fixed labels.

Jackpot Pick is the main door for the full ladder. Mini and Minor can also land on Red Eggs and coins during Hold & Win. Epic, Grand, and Major sit on the pick grid path.

A Mini or Minor collected inside the Hold & Win zone adds that prize to the feature total. Several Mini and Minor labels can sit on the same expanded layout. Their values add with the regular coin prizes when the round closes.

Jackpot Pick

Jackpot Pick is the separate prize round. Golden Eggs charge a Jackpot Pick progression when they land. The bonus then triggers at random once that progression is active.

A pick grid of 15 items appears. Choose one item at a time. Each pick reveals a jackpot prize. Match 3 of the same jackpot to win that prize. There is no winline math in this feature. The matched label is the whole result.

Jackpot Pick can open in the base game and during Free Games. A session can hit line wins, then a pick, then a Hold & Win set, without those three paths blocking each other. Use Golden Eggs as the fuel for this door and save Red Eggs plus the Dragon for the collection door.

Why Play Tale of Fire: Hold & Win Online Slot?

Play Tale of Fire: Hold & Win if you want a dragon themed slot with two feature doors. The base game is 20 winlines on a 5x3 layout. Hold & Win expands that layout to 5x5, turns the Dragon into a moving collection zone, and grows that zone from 2x2 to 5x5 as Red Eggs land. Jackpot Pick turns it up the final notch.

The theme is alluring. Dragons, Golden Eggs, Purple Eggs, Red Eggs, and gold coins fill the frame instead of a generic flame overlay.
